So next month Windows are promising to bring us a new update of Windows 8, in what it calls a 'major update' to the OS (known as Windows Blue).
But with the sales of PC machines dropping will there be enough in the update to keep users enticed? I'm not convinced, really. It seems a lot lately that Microsoft are trying a little 'too' hard to convice users that the Microsoft platform is still usable and funky. They've taken to the design extremes with the Metro tiles look in Windows 8, but deep down the functionality is poor and the user experience is confusing and, to be honest, highly annoying.
